Perfect Game is seeking a highly energetic, motivated, and hardworking individual for a Merchandise and Gate Worker position in the Austin Area. This role is ideal for someone looking for a future in the world of sports and will involve assisting with sales and management of inventory/apparel, providing excellent customer service, achieving sales goals, managing inventory and supply chain, and ensuring fan entry into baseball fields. The position requires attending gate pick-up meetings and returning all checked-out items at the end of each event.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sales and management of inventory/apparel
• Provide excellent customer interaction/service
• Attain sales goals during tournaments
• Inventory and supply chain management
• Run point for all fan entry into the baseball field
• Ensure all customers purchase a wristband
• Attend all gate pick-up meetings prior to each event working
• Return all items checked out to you at the end of your event
