About The Position

The Merch Brand Partnership Associate supports QVC and HSN, and helps bring new brands to market by connecting Merchandising Business Development, Merchandising, Marketing, Digital, Social, and other partners through the launch process.

Requirements

Experience supporting cross-functional projects, workflows, or launch processes in merchandising, eCommerce, retail, brand, or a related business function
Strong Excel skills and experience creating and maintaining trackers, reports, or status documents
Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Working knowledge of merchandising processes, vendor setup, timelines, or go-to-market coordination
Ability to work independently with general guidance, solve problems, and adapt as priorities change
Interest in new brands, speed to market, and building scalable processes that support growth

Responsibilities

Track new brands from initial handoff through onboarding, merchandising, launch, and availability for sale across QVC and HSN platforms
Build and maintain trackers and reporting that give cross-functional teams clear visibility into launch timing, status, action plans, and next steps
Coordinate communication across Merchandising Business Development, Merchandising, Marketing, Digital, Social, and other partners to keep launches moving promptly
Support the evaluation and setup of new brands by monitoring progress, identifying gaps, and escalating issues that may affect launch readiness
Help improve the speed and effectiveness of launch processes, with particular focus on e-commerce, social, and early access execution
