Requirements
- Mercedes-Benz training or European/luxury experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- ASE certification (preferred, not required)
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
- Work on engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, and brake systems
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues accurately
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer standards
- Communicate with service advisors regarding repair needs
