The MEP Superintendent serves as the Owner’s Representative responsible for overseeing field execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across mission-critical construction projects. This role is highly field-focused and centers on coordinating critical path activities, managing equipment deliveries, and ensuring alignment between construction sequencing, commissioning requirements, and project milestones. The MEP Superintendent works closely with contractors, subcontractors, and design teams to resolve conflicts, enforce quality standards, and support safe system startup processes, including LOTO, energization, and commissioning activities. Through proactive coordination, schedule management, and detailed oversight of installation and startup readiness, the MEP Superintendent helps ensure successful delivery of complex MEP systems in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
