The MEP Superintendent - Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) role is focused on providing technical solutions leadership and management for the delivery and implementation of facility management processes and solutions. This role involves working on behalf of, and in concert with, Hensel Phelps Construction Co. teams, interfacing, coordinating, and directly managing associated MEPF trade partners through plan development, inspections, and the Cx testing process. The FSM will manage a team to deliver Operational Project Readiness (OPR) and be the primary driver of Commissioning Management (CxM) services on multiple projects. Responsibilities include reviewing contract documents, developing project-specific commissioning and execution plans, and maintaining the Cx schedule. The role also involves establishing testing/certification requirements, reviewing Cx scripts, overseeing progress tracking, leading Cx team meetings, documenting inspections and testing, driving issue resolution, and managing/documenting Cx progress via a commissioning software platform. The FSM will coordinate and manage Level 4/5 Cx testing on behalf of Hensel Phelps Construction Co.
