LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Edison, NJ.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in consulting engineering or construction project management.
  • Experience of successfully managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Strong understanding of building systems (MEP, structural, civil) and construction processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification preferred.
  • Healthcare and municipal project experience a plus.
  • Experience with sustainable design and LEED-certified projects.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask to meet specific project deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate engineering projects across all phases: planning, design, permitting, and construction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Facilitate design reviews, coordination meetings and quality control processes.
  • Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
  • Support business development efforts through proposal writing and client presentations.
