About The Position
We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) delivery for a major hyperscale data centre campus. This Tier III / Tier IV facility will have a 100+ MW electrical load, feature 2N power redundancy, N+1 cooling, and advanced BMS integration. The role involves managing the entire project lifecycle from design through commissioning, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule, and overseeing all site operations and personnel.
Requirements
- 8+ years in MEP project management, ideally in data centres, industrial, or large commercial.
- Proven experience with HV/LV switchgear, UPS, generators, and cooling systems.
- Strong understanding of Tier III / Tier IV requirements and power redundancy.
- Experience managing large MEP teams on complex, fast‑paced projects.
Nice To Haves
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Google, Meta, Microsoft).
- Familiarity with BMS platforms (Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell).
Responsibilities
- Lead MEP delivery for a 100+ MW hyperscale data centre.
- Manage design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of HV/LV systems, chillers, cooling towers, and BMS.
- Interface with EPC, main contractor, and commissioning team to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Oversee subcontractors, resolve site issues, and ensure compliance with Tier III/IV standards.
