CJD Engineering LLC is seeking a full-time MEP Project Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will earn $60,000 to $80,000 annually, plus bonuses. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in architectural, mechanical, or electrical engineering
Must have the ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Autodesk software like REVIT and ACAD is preferred
Prior experience in the commercial construction industry is a plus
An internship with a MEP consulting firm is preferred

Responsibilities

Develop 2D and 3D system layouts
Create construction documents
Refine designs using AutoCAD and Revit MEP
Perform engineering calculations for HVAC systems, lighting, piping, and electrical distribution
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and structural teams to keep projects moving forward
Review drawings against applicable building codes
Resolve design challenges
Assist with equipment submittals and RFIs
Participate in site visits and commissioning activities
