About The Position
Top-level onsite MEP coordinator and quality lead responsible for managing MEP coordination, overseeing the quality program, coordinating deliveries, and resolving field issues for a project.
Requirements
- Proven experience in MEP coordination and onsite quality management
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience on large-scale or complex construction projects
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on Data Center projects
- Experience working with GCs

- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license appropriate for the role and be eligible to operate a motor vehicle in accordance with applicable laws.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a professional work environment, including preparing written reports and documentation, conveying information clearly to team members, clients, and stakeholders, and responding appropriately to verbal and written communications related to job duties.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across all trades onsite
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for MEP coordination and issue resolution
- Coordinate and track MEP material and equipment deliveries to support the project schedule
- Manage and enforce the MEP quality control program
- Conduct field inspections to ensure installations meet project requirements, codes, and standards
- Identify quality issues, document deficiencies, and drive corrective actions to closure
- Review drawings, submittmits, RFIs, and field conditions for constructability and coordination
- Support field leadership by proactively resolving MEP conflicts and execution challenges
- Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and communication with project stakeholders
