About The Position

This entry-level role is designed for a proactive learner and offers a path for growth while developing expertise in large-scale construction project management within healthcare. Based at Ascension St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, the role coordinates construction project planning, design, and delivery, tracking budgets, schedules, and scopes to support high-quality results. It also contributes to a national framework of construction management policies, procedures, and tools, monitors project risks and key metrics, maintains stakeholder communications, and manages secure project documentation. The position includes facilitating new-hire training on internal systems such as eBuilder and on design standards.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license obtained before the hire date or job transfer date.
• One of the following education and experience combinations: high school diploma equivalency and 2 years of cumulative experience; an associate's or bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience; or 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, design, and construction.
• Track project budgets, schedules, and scopes to support high-quality delivery.

• Monitor ongoing projects for risks and key metrics.
• Establish consistent communication schedules to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Manage secure project documentation.
• Facilitate new-hire training on internal systems, including eBuilder, and on design standards.
