Requirements

  • AS, BS, or Trade school certification in drafting and design
  • High level of proficiency in AutoCAD 2018 or newer, MEP Revit modeling, and Revu BlueBeam
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience
  • Accuracy and detail-oriented for high-quality workmanship
  • Time-management skills to handle requests and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication and documentation
  • Multitasking, ability to work independently, assumes ownership of assignments
  • Interpersonal skills to work with different departments

Nice To Haves

  • Construction experience highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Assisting engineers in the design process
  • Working with Engineers to generate complete construction drawings per company standards
  • Setting up projects and file systems
  • Coordinating with multiple disciplines
  • Verification and measurements of field conditions
