Requirements

AS, BS, or Trade school certification in drafting and design
High level of proficiency in AutoCAD 2018 or newer, MEP Revit modeling, and Revu BlueBeam
Minimum 3 years of working experience
Accuracy and detail-oriented for high-quality workmanship
Time-management skills to handle requests and prioritize tasks
Proficiency in verbal and written communication and documentation
Multitasking, ability to work independently, assumes ownership of assignments
Interpersonal skills to work with different departments

Nice To Haves

Construction experience highly desirable

Responsibilities

Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Assisting engineers in the design process
Working with Engineers to generate complete construction drawings per company standards
Setting up projects and file systems
Coordinating with multiple disciplines
Verification and measurements of field conditions
