The Dream Project is seeking a bilingual (English-Spanish), relationship-driven early-career professional to coordinate their mentorship program. This role involves recruiting and training mentors, matching them with students, and supporting these relationships. It's a hands-on, people-first position where the daily work directly impacts young people's sense of possibility. The role is primarily external-facing and requires close collaboration with students, parents, volunteer mentors, external partners, and the internal team to ensure strong matches and supported relationships. The position has been expanded to full-time to accommodate a broader program scope, now including college students and younger high school students in addition to high school seniors. The selected candidate will receive training on the core mentorship programs and will utilize existing resources like trained mentors and a structured curriculum.
