About The Position

The Residential Counselor works with and adheres to the safety and welfare of all consumers with mental and behavioral health diagnoses in their residential programs while carrying out direct care responsibilities and participates in and follows the treatment planning process.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Must be 18 years or older
Must have a valid and clean driver’s license.
Must be able to work full-time, 1st shift 8am-4pm with a rotation of weekends.

Nice To Haves

1 year experience working in the Behavioral Health field/ population in a group home or a residential facility setting preferred.
