About The Position

Merakey is seeking a full-time Mental Health Worker to join their Adult Behavioral Health program in Lehighton, PA. This role involves providing direct care and support to consumers with mental and behavioral health diagnoses, ensuring the safety and welfare of all residents in a structured living home setting. The position requires supporting residents' daily living skills and independence, participating in treatment planning, scheduling and following up on appointments, and transporting residents to appointments and activities as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active and unrestricted driver's license required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily living skills and independence of all residents.
• Participate in the treatment planning process.
• Schedule and follow-up on appointments.
• Transport and accompany to appointments and activities as necessary.
