About The Position
Merakey is seeking a PRN Mental Health Worker to join their Adult Behavioral Health program in Pine Grove, PA. This role supports individuals with mental and behavioral health diagnoses by promoting safety, stability, and personal growth in a Community Residential Rehab (CRR) setting. The Mental Health Worker will assist with daily living activities, follow treatment plans, and help create a supportive, recovery-focused environment. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Active and unrestricted driver's license required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Nice To Haves
- One year experience in mental health/human services preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and emotional support to residents in a structured, therapeutic environment
- Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence
- Follow individualized treatment plans and document progress accurately
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive living space
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, quality care
