About The Position

This position is for a Mental Health Worker in the Young Adult Unit. The role involves participating in the planning and evaluation of patient needs based on patient behaviors, providing direct patient care services under the direction of a professional nurse, and assisting in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment according to established policies and procedures. The schedule is 40 hours per week, from 7 am to 3 pm, with every other weekend required. This is an in-person position.

Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED.
• Must be available to work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
• All new clinical staff will begin their extended clinical orientation/training immediately following your first day of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Human Services related degree or past direct care or related experience strongly preferred.
