About The Position

Merakey is seeking a PRN Mental Health Worker to join their Adult Behavioral Health team in Effort, PA. This role provides direct care and support for consumers with mental and behavioral health diagnoses, ensuring the safety and welfare of all adult residents in a 15-bed Community Residential Rehab (CRR) facility setting. The position is PRN with varied hours based on program needs, and offers a pay rate of $19.25/hr.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Active and valid driver's license required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily living skills and independence of all residents.
• Participate in the treatment planning process.
• Schedule and follow-up on appointments.
• Transport and accompany to appointments and activities as necessary.
