About The Position

Colorado Women's Center is a growing, successful company focused on female empowerment, healing, transformation, and equality. This position is located in a beautiful, historic building in a dynamic Denver neighborhood, offering convenient access and proximity to urban amenities. The role allows for a flexible schedule with the ability to set your own session times. Due to high client demand, some weekend availability is required during the caseload-building phase. Our therapists often build 20-25 client hours or more per week, specializing in areas such as anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, and EMDR. We utilize various modalities including Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Transpersonal Psychology, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, and Somatic Therapy. Our mission is to empower women of all ages to find self-acceptance through therapy and counseling, fostering a movement of women uplifting other women. We have expanded to multiple locations across Colorado. This is more than just a therapy center; it's a movement shattering stereotypes, prioritizing mental health, and choosing empowerment.

Requirements

A graduate-level psychological counseling-related degree.
A license that is currently active in the state of Colorado.
PhD or PsyD
Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Professional Counselor (LPC)
Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT, MFTC)
Social Worker Candidate (SWC)
Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC)

Responsibilities

Provide counseling and therapy services to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online.
Provide consultations.
Conduct assessments.
Intake screenings for new clients.
Write client notes and other necessary documentation.
Client Scheduling.
Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled.
