About The Position

Daybreak Health partners with over 100 school districts and Kaiser Permanente to provide teletherapy services to students aged 11-24 across California. We are seeking licensed California therapists (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) who are looking for a stable caseload, consistent referrals, and the opportunity to significantly impact student well-being. Candidates can choose between a W-2 employment with full benefits or a 1099 flexible contract. The position is 100% remote. While candidates do not need to reside in California, they must hold a valid California therapist license. Associate therapists are not eligible for this role.

Requirements

Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT credentials in the State of California.
Experience diagnosing, treatment planning, and working with youth and families in clinical or school settings.
Strong telehealth skills and reliable high-speed Internet connection.
Commitment to culturally responsive care and equity.

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students ages 11–24 with mild-to-moderate mental health conditions.
Build trusted relationships with youth and families.
Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers.
