About The Position

Lyra Clinical Associates partners with Lyra Health, a leading provider of evidence-based mental health care, serving millions globally. Lyra has delivered millions of sessions of mental health care and aims to transform access to life-changing mental health care through its integrated, AI-powered platform. This role involves contracting with Lyra Clinical Associates to provide ongoing care for Lyra members. The provider network includes in-person and virtual therapists, physicians, and coaches across the US. This opportunity is ideal for independently licensed clinical therapists interested in providing culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families, including those with complex and severe needs. The role offers well-matched and motivated clients, administrative and marketing support, and easy invoicing with quick payments. In-person client care delivery is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement based care, promoting skills practice).
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families with a strong preference for in-person care delivery.
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises, as needed.
• Full-time resident of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing care for Lyra members.
• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Manage caseloads that include a comprehensive spectrum of mental health needs, from milder presentations to more complex and severe support.
• Deliver care in person, which is strongly preferred.
• Manage risk and respond to clinical crises, as needed.
