About The Position

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking an Adult IOP Therapist for High Focus Centers in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania. High Focus Centers provides outpatient treatment for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. The therapist will provide care in the Adult Intensive Outpatient Program, helping adults build coping skills and move toward recovery and long-term mental wellness through group therapy, individual support, clinical assessments, and treatment planning. The in-person schedule is Monday through Thursday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with flexible scheduling on Friday. Compensation is $53,000–$55,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Services field.
Strong clinical documentation, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous clinical experience working with adults in a behavioral health setting is preferred.
Experience facilitating group therapy is strongly preferred.
Experience working with higher levels of care, including IOP, PHP, or residential treatment, is a plus.

Responsibilities

Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and recovery-oriented topics.
Provide individual therapy sessions and clinical support as appropriate.
Conduct level-of-care assessments and clinical intakes in alignment with program standards.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clients and the multidisciplinary treatment team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including participation in insurance authorization reviews.
Participate in treatment team meetings to review client progress and coordinate care.
Support transitions between levels of care, including discharge and step-down planning.
Assist with program initiatives and other clinical responsibilities as needed.
