About The Position
Adelphoi is seeking compassionate therapists to join its expanding Multisystemic Therapy (MST) teams in PA. Adelphoi, the largest provider of MST in Pennsylvania, has over 50 years of experience helping youth and families overcome challenges. This role involves providing in-home therapy using an evidence-based model, conducting assessments, engaging caregivers, collaborating with external organizations, and participating in team supervision and training.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong work ethic & initiative, passion for helping youth and families
- Valid Driver’s License, Car Insurance, and Clearances (FBI, Act 33 & 34) (assistance provided)
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home therapy using an internationally recognized, evidence-based model
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand youth and family dynamics and strengths
- Engages primary caregivers & other key participants to create long-term positive change
- Collaborate with schools, agencies, and community organizations
- Participate in weekly team supervision, training, and treatment planning
