About The Position
Courser Lapo Therapeutic Wellness is seeking passionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapists to join its team. The role provides an opportunity to support adults, children, and teenagers, treat trauma, and build a caseload of ideal clients. Therapists can work in office spaces and use telehealth options. Compensation is a competitive hourly rate based on experience and licensure. Optional Assurity supplemental coverage is available, and 401(k) participation is offered. The company also provides office materials, training, and opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements
- Must hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW/LSCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT/LCMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (LMLP/LCP).
- Strong understanding of trauma and/or play therapy treatment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in office settings and provide telehealth services.

- Experience working with children and teenagers.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions to children and teenagers.
- Assess and diagnose mental health disorders.
- Develop treatment plans and provide ongoing support to clients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
