About The Position

Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking compassionate, skilled, and client-centered Mental Health Therapists to join our growing behavioral health team. This role offers a flexible hybrid opportunity, allowing you to build a schedule that works for you, providing care onsite in Asbury Park, NJ, through telehealth, or a combination of both. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you'll provide therapy services and collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow behavioral health professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Compensation is based on licensure level, credentials, experience, and clinical expertise, ranging from $35-$45 per clinical hour/session.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Active New Jersey license or associate license in good standing, including: LCSW, LSW, MSW, LPC, LAC, or other qualified behavioral health licenses recognized by the State of New Jersey

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care
• Support clients in developing healthy coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and wellness goals
• Provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, care managers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in case consultations and treatment planning discussions
• Coordinate referrals and connect clients with community resources
• Support continuity of care and patient advocacy
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Maintain treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and professional standards
• Follow organizational policies and clinical best practices
