About The Position
Brightways Counseling Group is hiring dedicated Clinicians at multiple locations across Oregon, including Redmond, Mill Park (Portland), E. Burnside (Portland), Woodburn, Tigard, Eugene, and Salem. This W-2 Licensed Mental Health Therapist position offers a unique blend of clinical autonomy and flexibility, combined with the stability and benefits of a traditional W-2 employment. The company's mission is to break down barriers and provide immediate help to the community. Unlike traditional agencies or solo private practice, Brightways offers financial transparency through an interactive income calculator, sustainable caseload design (full-time is 28 scheduled appointments weekly, with an option for a 4-day workweek), and robust support systems including consultation, peer groups, and integrated care support. They handle billing, credentialing, client referrals, and administrative tasks, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care.
Requirements
- Active, independent professional licensure in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).
- A passion for delivering exceptional clinical care.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional clinical care.
- Collaborate with a team.
- Incorporate client feedback into treatment.
- Coordinate comprehensive, whole-person care with the integrated care support team and community resources.
- See clients via telehealth, hybrid, or office-based options.
