About The Position

Mental Health Therapist provide comprehensive psychological and behavioral case management services within a continuum of high to low intensity services designed to improve or maintain each mental health consumer’s abilities to function in the community. Assesses, monitors, and follows up with consumer’s ability to meet basic needs in moving toward recovery. Responsible for all clinical documentation of consumer interaction. This position works with teens and young adults ages 15-26 and will work with individuals experiencing first episode psychosis.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or similar field.
  • Current license as a LCSW/LPC/LMFT in the State of Colorado or ability to obtain within 24 months of employment preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience working with severe and persistently mentally ill population.

Responsibilities

  • Provide diagnostic mental health assessments as well as individual, couple, and/or group psychotherapy.
  • Develop treatment plans; monitor treatment progress and follow-up as clinically indicated.
  • Facilitate the individual's growth and development with an emphasis on strengths, culture, resiliency, and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to support the growth and development of those we serve.
  • Facilitate the coordination of services for individuals with supplemental needs in psychiatric, case management, and medical domains.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation consistent with WellPower standards.
  • Participate in team/department meetings, trainings, and supervisory sessions as required.
  • Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Benefits

  • Mental Health Therapist II (Master's Level) - $31.25/hr
  • LPC/LMFT/LCSW: $37.59/hr
  • Language Differential - $2.50/hr for bilingual proficiency in Spanish & ASL
  • CAS/LAC - $1/hr
