About The Position

Clinical Solutions Mental Health is a community-based behavioral health organization operating across Maryland and the Washington, DC metro area. Founded on the belief that quality mental health and substance use care should be accessible to everyone, Clinical Solutions delivers clinical and wraparound services to some of the most underserved and high-need populations in the region — including individuals re-entering society post-incarceration and at-risk youth. Their model is comprehensive and community-rooted. Services span individual and group therapy, psychiatric rehabilitation, parenting support, academic and special education consulting, mentoring, and community-based counseling — all delivered by a team of licensed, committed clinicians who lead with both expertise and compassion. Clinical Solutions is currently expanding its geographic footprint and service capacity across Maryland and DC and actively building the clinical expertise to match. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven organization doing meaningful, tangible work in communities that need it most — and to grow alongside them.
