About The Position
We’re recruiting a Louisiana-licensed therapist to provide remote outpatient therapy. The day-to-day is straightforward: meet with clients virtually, document clearly, and guide treatment using proven clinical methods. If you like focused clinical work without commuting, this is a strong fit.
Requirements
- Active Louisiana license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) in good standing
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or related field
- Experience delivering psychotherapy in an outpatient setting
- Comfort with telehealth technology and electronic documentation
- Reliable internet connection and private home office setup
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy sessions for a scheduled caseload
- Conduct intakes, clinical assessments, and ongoing care planning
- Track progress toward goals and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete clinical documentation in the EHR with accuracy and timeliness
- Follow safety/risk protocols and required reporting procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and meet professional and licensing standards
