This role involves delivering remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI. The position requires maintaining a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week, using data to inform treatment strategies, collaborating with other mental health professionals, and ensuring all documentation complies with HIPAA and state regulations.

Requirements

Licensed in Georgia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states (costs covered by the company).
Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions.
2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
At least six months of teletherapy experience.
Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress.
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Select 7-10 session hours between 8am and 9pm EST, Monday through Friday.
Available during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support.

Responsibilities

Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week.
Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.
Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
Complete, sign, and lock all documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.

Clinical rate of $58.50/hour (includes mandatory training) and an administrative rate of $17.50/hour for Georgia residents.
Clinical rates for out-of-state residents range between $58.50 - $85.
