We are seeking passionate and motivated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC) to join our expanding team. Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Active Maryland license (LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C)
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with adults in outpatient and/or residential settings

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation (COMAR, Medicaid, CARF standards)
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care
