As a Home-Based Therapist, you can meet youth and families where they are at and play an important role in getting them where they want to be in a collaborative environment where therapists have the tools, time, and training to provide excellent services in a positive team environment. Therapists go beyond the walls of the office to work in homes, schools, and with other system partners to help build a network of care around each family that we serve. Requirements

Strong teaming skills required.
Valid MI driver's license required.
Some after school & evening hours to meet the needs of our youth and families.
Mental Health Therapist II: Master's degree with Michigan licensure as LMSW, LLP, or LPC.
Mental Health Therapist I: Master's degree with Michigan licensure, either LLMSW, TLLP, or LLPC, with requirement to obtain full licensure within 2 years of hire.

Nice To Haves

Prior treatment experience with children with Serious Emotional Disturbance and their families and strong teaming skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Combine individual & family therapy, crisis intervention, & case management to facilitate safety, ongoing stability, and to support those that you serve.
Connect families to services to help meet their basic needs.
Attend an IEP, Juvenile Court Proceeding or psychiatric assessment.
Provide individual & family therapy.
Attend a community-based workgroup.
Participate with a treatment team to provide crisis support and intervention.
Provide psychoeducation or parenting education.
