About The Position

Lyra Health is seeking independently licensed clinical therapists to join their provider network. This opportunity is for a 1099 contractor role based in Egg Harbor, NJ. Lyra provides a platform that supports therapists by connecting them with well-matched and motivated clients, offering administrative and marketing support, and simplifying invoicing with quick payments. The role involves providing culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families, with a preference for clinicians who can offer in-person sessions through their private or group practice. Lyra's network is designed to support therapists with advanced matching technology, a supportive provider platform, and opportunities for training and clinical consultation.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement based care, promoting skills practice).
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families in Egg Harbor, NJ.
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises, as needed.
• Full-time resident of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing care for clients.
• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Manage caseloads that include a comprehensive spectrum of mental health needs, from milder presentations to more complex and severe support.
• Manage risk and respond to clinical crises, as needed.
• Offer in-person sessions through your private or group practice.
