About The Position

This position has primary responsibility for providing mental health services and case management services to individuals and their families referred to Community Services. Services may include engagement, assessment, evaluation, individual/family/group therapy, and case management. The position acts as liaison with external agencies and functions on teams with other clinical and support staff. In addition, the position documents and bills for mental health and case management services and completes outcomes information. The program works with clients aged 6-18 years, addressing a variety of metal health issues. Provides telehealth, community, clinic and home-based services throughout Santa Clara County.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in a mental health field
  • Awaiting BBS registration number – 90 days after date of hire
  • MHSII - One (1) year of experience in a mental health field; experience should be with individuals in residential or outpatient settings preferred.
  • MHSIII - Two (2) years of experience in a mental health field; experience should be with children or adolescents in residential or outpatient settings preferred.
  • MHSII - Current BBS registration as an Associate (AMFT, ASW, APCC) OR awaiting BBS registration number
  • MHSIII - LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license in California
  • Valid California Driver's License.
  • Must possess a valid California Driver's License and maintain a driving record that meets the company driver's eligibility policy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with individuals in residential or outpatient settings preferred.
  • Experience with children or adolescents in residential or outpatient settings preferred.
