About The Position
We are looking for Licensed Therapists in Minnesota to provide telehealth therapy to adults with low-acuity mental health needs. This role combines professional flexibility with the chance to make a measurable difference. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, with an annual salary of $100,000 – $110,000. A full benefits package is included.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong communication and technology skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver secure video-based therapy sessions
- Develop individualized care plans and adjust as needed
- Track progress and support behavioral change
- Maintain detailed, accurate case documentation
