About The Position
Daybreak Health is seeking compassionate, fully licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP) to provide teletherapy across California to clients ages 11-60. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, set your own hours, and build your practice with a steady stream of referrals. The company partners with school districts and Kaiser Permanente to make quality mental healthcare accessible. Clinicians will have a caseload that is nearly full, with an average fill rate of 96%.
Requirements
- Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP license in the State of California
- A passion for mental health care, with a commitment to culturally responsive, equitable practice
- Experience providing individual therapy to youth and/or adults
- Comfort and prior experience with telehealth service delivery
Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients across age groups
- Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to clients ages 11-24 or 18-60 with mild-to-moderate mental health needs
- Offer psychoeducation to parents/caregivers when working with younger clients
