About The Position
Odyssey House is seeking a Mental Health Therapist for our Outpatient Program. Odyssey House of Utah is a leading organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders and behavioral health challenges. Our integrated approach combines evidence-based practices, clinical expertise, and a supportive environment to promote lasting recovery and overall well-being. Requirements
- Skilled clinician with experience working across the spectrum of adverse mental and behavioral symptoms.
- Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (CSWi, CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC, MFTi, AMFT, LMFT).
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Understanding of trauma-informed care principles.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Successful completion of required pre-employment screenings, which may include background checks, fingerprinting, applicable sex offender registry screenings for Adult Residential roles, and other position-related verifications.
- For roles requiring driving: Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review and valid Utah driver’s license.
