About The Position

Lyra Clinical Associates partners with Lyra Health, a leading provider of evidence-based mental health care, serving millions globally. Lyra has delivered millions of sessions of mental health care and aims to transform access to life-changing mental health care through its integrated, AI-powered platform. This opportunity is for an independently licensed clinical therapist interested in providing culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families. The role is ideal for clinicians experienced with a wide spectrum of mental health needs, from milder to more complex cases. It offers well-matched and motivated clients, administrative and marketing support, and easy invoicing with quick payments. Providing care in person through a private or group practice is strongly preferred.

Requirements

Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (able to work independently, without supervision).
No current, past, or pending disciplinary action on license.
Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement based care, promoting skills practice).
Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
Full-time resident of the United States.

Experience with caseloads that include a comprehensive spectrum of mental health needs, from milder presentations to more complex and severe support.
