About The Position

Palo Alto Therapy is seeking licensed clinicians (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) for full-time positions. Requirements

  • Licensed Clinicians only (Licensed Professional Counselor LPCC, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT, Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW, or Psychologist or Licensed Psychotherapist PhD or PsyD).
  • Clinical experience working with children and adolescents (ages 6 and up).
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of and ability to work with clients managing ASD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
  • Skilled in engaging and building rapport with young clients.
  • Experienced in collaborating with parents, schools, and other caregivers.
  • W-2 Employee status.
  • Full time positions available.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy utilizing evidence-based practices, with a specialty in cognitive behavioral therapy and anxiety.
  • Work with clients managing ASD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
  • Engage and build rapport with young clients to facilitate effective therapy.
  • Create a safe and supportive environment for young clients.
  • Collaborate with parents, schools, and other caregivers to support comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Focus on providing quality therapy, with administrative support handling case management and paperwork.
