About The Position
We are seeking a Washington-licensed therapist to provide individual and group therapy through telehealth. This full-time, remote position involves conducting scheduled therapy sessions, completing intake assessments, establishing treatment goals, documenting client progress, and making referrals when necessary. The role requires adherence to confidentiality and compliance with Washington licensing and professional requirements.
Requirements
- Master's in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Active Washington license (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC)
- Experience with telehealth platforms and online documentation
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled individual and group therapy sessions
- Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical information
- Establish treatment goals and contribute to treatment planning
- Document client progress and clinical concerns accurately
- Respond appropriately to changes in client needs
- Refer clients to additional services or resources when indicated
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable Washington licensing and professional requirements
