Full-Time Mental Health Therapist – Adult Partial Hospitalization Program

High Focus Centers in Pottstown is a leading provider of outpatient treatment programs for individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Our team is committed to providing individualized, comprehensive treatment in a supportive environment that promotes recovery and emotional wellness. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Mental Health Therapist to join our Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Pottstown. In this role, you will primarily facilitate therapeutic groups for adults while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to provide meaningful clinical support, develop therapeutic relationships, and help clients build the skills they need to support their recovery and emotional well-being.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
- Previous counseling or therapy experience required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in mental health, behavioral healthcare, or PHP/IOP settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate therapeutic group sessions within the Adult Partial Hospitalization Program.
- Provide clinically appropriate psychoeducation and group interventions.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to support client care and treatment planning.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Participate in clinical team meetings as needed.
- Provide additional clinical support to the Adult PHP program as assigned.
