Joseph J. Peters Institute (JJPI), an affiliate of PHMC, is seeking outpatient mental health therapists (Clinicians) to provide trauma-focused treatment within its Survivor Services program. JJPI is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing specialized outpatient assessment and treatment services and is a thought leader in areas of sexual and interpersonal violence, PTSD, and other forms of trauma. JJPI has served the Delaware Valley since 1955 and offers a comprehensive approach to trauma by addressing the entire cycle of abuse. The Survivor Services program provides high-quality outpatient treatment to children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced trauma impacting their mental health. Clinicians utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, and prolonged exposure (PE) therapy, in a combination of individual and group therapies within a supportive, person-centered framework. Treatment is customized, short-term, and focused on building client strength and resiliency to improve functioning and community involvement. Survivor Services offers both in-person and telehealth services.
