About The Position
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking Virginia clinical supervisors who can guide counselors, therapists, and other mental health professionals through licensure and clinical development. This role is a strong fit for supervisors who enjoy supporting clinicians with structure, feedback, and practical insight. Requirements
- Active Virginia clinical license in good standing
- Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Must meet Virginia requirements to provide supervision

- Prior supervision experience preferred
