About The Position

Serenity for Life, LLC is a growing behavioral health organization dedicated to providing high-quality, trauma-informed care in a residential treatment setting. Our team is collaborative, compassionate, and committed to supporting women with complex clinical needs, including co-occurring disorders. We are seeking full-time Licensed Clinicians to join our team. This role involves providing individual and group therapy, contributing to treatment planning, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team in a residential/inpatient environment. The Primary Therapist will carry a caseload of clients and work diligently to help each client find their path to recovery and change and support the development of a detailed transition plan based on individual needs.

Requirements

  • Active licensure or candidacy in one of the following: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW
  • Trauma therapist experience
  • Comfort and competence working with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
  • Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to change, adapt, and grow with changes in the environment.
  • Highly skilled at conducting clinical assessments, treatment planning, individual therapy, and group therapy.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and professional boundaries.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively express ideas and views when (a) speaking to clients, staff, and outside professionals (b) for preparing written reports and verbalizing; (c) data input.
  • Knowledge of and willingness to comply with agency policies and procedures, state laws, licensing and accreditation rules and regulations, and certification standards.
