Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LAC, LSW) – Part-Time, FFS, Weekend Availability
About The Position
A Flexible Role for Clinicians with Evening & Weekend Availability We are specifically seeking clinicians who are available to work evenings and/or weekends - our highest-demand hours for client care. Whether you are fully licensed or working toward licensure, this role offers the structure and support needed to grow a sustainable caseload - without the burden of managing scheduling, billing, or intake. At Exceptional Wellness Counseling (EWC), we’ve built systems that allow clinicians to focus on clinical work while our administrative team supports the operational side. Requirements
- Licensed or provisionally licensed in NJ (LPC, LCSW, LAC, or LSW).
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Motivated to grow clinically and professionally.
- Able to consistently support evening and/or weekend client demand.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with children (age 5+) preferred.
- Experience with couples therapy preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to clients.
- Facilitate group therapy (if experienced and interested).
- Complete diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with external providers and community resources when needed.
- Support clients through treatment progression and discharge planning.
