About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking compassionate LCSWs to provide therapy services for child and adolescent patients in Pennsylvania. This full-time, 100% remote position allows you to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, expanding access to high-quality, comprehensive care. You will work alongside experts in psychiatry and psychology with robust administrative support to focus on patient care. The role involves treating patients ages 3+ in an outpatient setting, diagnosing ADHD, and utilizing evidence-based behavioral treatments.

Requirements

  • Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania.
  • 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours.
  • Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 3+.
  • Successful completion of the ASWB examination for independent clinical licensure.
  • Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
  • Experience diagnosing ADHD across developmental stages, with familiarity in standardized assessment tools and collateral gathering.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based behavioral treatments for ADHD, including parent management training, organizational skills training, and time-management interventions.
  • Ability to coach caregivers and coordinate care with schools and prescribing providers.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles.
  • Ability to integrate relevant skills (e.g., mindfulness, distress tolerance, values-based activation) into treatment when appropriate.
