We are seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) licensed mental health professionals to join our team and provide high-quality, compassionate care. Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required — ability to conduct full therapy sessions, assessments, and clinical conversations in both languages.
• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy.
• An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP).
• Experience working with the geriatric population.
• Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults - including Spanish-speaking clients - in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.
• Manage electronic documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR system.
• Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices.
