Mental Health Therapist - Bachelor's (FBH Clinician I)
About The Position
Catholic Community Services, Family Behavioral Health is looking for a Clinician to join their team of innovators who explore and develop new approaches and implement novel strategies. Their teams provide individualized, creative and flexible services, infused with evidence-based and evidence-informed strategies. They are a values-driven organization, providing family-oriented behavioral health care for children, youth and families, provided primarily in their own home and community. Their enthusiastic clinical teams provide whatever is needed to help children and youth remain safely in their own home with their family, restoring hope, providing intense mental health services and supports, and helping to strengthen the family unity. They employ almost 600 energetic and compassionate employees. The position will be based out of FBH Northend, Tacoma office. It may include time working from home, in the office and with scheduling flexibility to provide services to youth and families in the community and in their homes, as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, or equivalent, accredited degree.
- Energetic, innovative style with the ability to engage children, youth and family members in services.
- Enthusiastic and optimistic approach, encouraging ongoing participation of all involved.

- Ability to visually assess safety in the community and family homes.

- Preference for a flexible schedule rather than a traditional, fixed 8-5, Monday through Friday, facility-based position.
- Should be able to participate in on-call rotation responsibilities, which will be discussed in our screening process.
- Applicant must successfully pass required background clearances prior to an offer of employment.
- Valid driver’s license & current automobile insurance, reliable transportation with an acceptable driving record per CCS policy.

Responsibilities
- Provide family, strength-based mental health services for children and families in their own home and community.
- Help children and youth remain safely in their own home with their family, restoring hope and promise.
- Provide intense mental health services and supports.
- Help to strengthen the family unity.
- Work flexible schedules, based on family’s needs, including evenings and weekends, in the home and community setting of the youth and families.
- Participate in an on-call rotation with other Clinicians and Clinical Care Coordinators.
- Offer a high level of collaboration, coordination and intensive behavior health services while allowing room for creativity and needs driven work.
- Achieve incredible outcomes with children, youth and families by actively partnering with them along with their natural and community services and supports to achieve long term safety and stability in our neighborhoods and communities.

- Additional Pay/Ability to Earn Additional Pay of: Coverage after hours: $1,800.00 per year
- Pay based on performance: up to $8,000.00 per year
- Bi-lingual fluency skills in Spanish and English, or other languages, as needed: $100 -200 per pay period (2 times per month) for service provision in support the families we serve. Tiered language stipend based on language proficiency and youth and family needs.

- Daily and weekly supervision and support with your Clinical Supervisor, as needed.
