Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks
Valid Driver’s License: Must meet car insurance eligibility requirements (Minimum of 23 years old, at least 4 years of licensed experience, no driving infractions within last 4 years)
Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs
Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff
Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite

Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment.
Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments.
Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams.
Oversee medication self-administration in conjunction with the nursing team.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within residential facilities.
Lead and document recovery-focused group sessions.
Adhere to safety protocols, conduct safety drills, and respond to crises as needed.
