About The Position

Minden Medical Center is seeking a Full-Time Mental Health Technician (MHT) for our night shift to support patients in a safe, respectful setting where compassionate care matters. This onsite, entry-level role helps the care team maintain a structured environment and respond to patient needs with professionalism and calm. Key responsibilities include assisting patients with daily activities, observing and documenting behaviors, supporting therapeutic programming, communicating updates to the multidisciplinary team, and helping with de-escalation and crisis response when needed.

Requirements

• C.N.A. certification
• Experience with psychiatric and/or geriatric patients
