About The Position

Provides activities of daily living (ADL’s). Reports all changes to the RN. Performs routine procedures (ie: vital signs, accuchecks, etc). Assists in the admission process by orienting patients to the milieu. Secures patient belongings, valuables, and documents in accordance with policies. Performs ongoing observation of patient and carries out specific interventions to ensure patient safety which includes frequent rounding, primary searches, and visitor control. Specializing in treatment of symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, acute psychosis and other mental health crises. Requirements

Must also be a Phlebotomist.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be 21 yrs or older

Nice To Haves

STNA but not required.
